In Sumy, Kharkiv and Poltava regions, the power supply to all categories of consumers was limited, because hourly outages are not enough to stabilize the power system. This was reported by the press service of Ukrenergo .

“Unfortunately, the schedules of hourly outages today are not enough to maintain the stable operation of the power system. The dispatching center of NPC Ukrenergo is forced to provide volumes to distribution network operators (oblenergos) from 11:00 to limit the power supply to all categories of consumers in Sumy, Kharkiv and Poltava regions,” the message says.

As noted, hourly outage schedules in these areas are suspended.
Ukrenergo reminded that temporary controlled restrictions of all categories of consumers are needed to reduce the load on the networks, maintain sustainable balancing of the power system and avoid repeated accidents.

On November 2, from 6:00, Ukrenergo put into effect schedules of hourly power outages in Kyiv and seven regions.
