The head of the OVA noted that at about 6:00 am, planned stabilization shutdowns began in the region.
“Be prepared for a lack of electricity,” the official said.

On November 2, Ukrenergo introduced hourly power outage schedules from 6 am, and now the restrictions will affect Kyiv and seven regions in the central and northern regions, in particular, in the Kyiv region.
