From now on, service centers of the main departments of the Pension Fund will accept a digital passport of a citizen of Ukraine (ID-card).
Now it is not necessary to have a physical passport or a copy of it with you, it is enough to share it in a few clicks through the Diia application.
To share a copy of your digital passport, you need:
1. Go to the Diia application and open a passport of a citizen of Ukraine.
2. Click on the document and select the barcode.
3. The employee can scan the barcode or manually enter into the system a 13-digit code, which is located under it.
4. Confirm the request to transfer a copy of your passport in the Diia application.
Document sharing speeds up service and helps to avoid mistakes when entering your personal data.
