The Ministry of Justice approved and published a list of property of the “Communist Party of Ukraine”, which becomes the property of the state .

So, after the ban, the Communist Party was wanted and transferred to the state:
- 8 corporate rights;
- 2 trademarks;
- 18 vehicles;
- 2 land plots;
- 54 units of real estate. And these are buildings, structures, houses, apartments, residential and non-residential premises, etc.

“After the court decision banning the activities of the “Communist Party of Ukraine” and transferring its property to the ownership of the state came into force, the Ministry of Justice took all necessary measures to search for the property of this political party. Based on their results, a list of property of a political party transferred to the ownership of the state was compiled and approved,” said First Deputy Minister of Justice Yevhenii Horovets.

In May, more than six years after the adoption of the law on decommunization, the Communist Party was finally banned in Ukraine.
