Throughout Ukraine, today, November 11, planned power outages are used, most of all will fall on Kyiv and four regions, Ukrenergo said .

The mode of planned outages, according to Ukrenergo, will operate:
- From 05:00 to 23:00 in Kyiv, Kyiv, Chernihiv, Cherkasy, Zhytomyr, Sumy, Kharkiv, Poltava and Donetsk regions.
- From 15:00 to 20:00 in all other regions of Ukraine.
Emergency consumption restrictions are not yet anticipated. The schedule of outages in a particular district should be published by the local distribution system operator (oblenergo).
