Speaking at the summit, Zelenskyy said that there would be no Minsk-3.
“We will not allow Russia to wait and build up its forces,” he said.
Referring to the ongoing hostilities at the Ukrainian Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant, Zelenskyy stressed that no one has the right to blackmail the world with a nuclear disaster and that Russia has turned the station into a “radioactive bomb that can explode at any time.”
