Minister of Health of Ukraine Viktor Liashko explained how to get through to an ambulance during communication interruptions.

“It can be difficult for subscribers to get through to “103” due to communication interruptions from mobile operators. In this case, we advise you to use landline communication, regional mobile Internet applications or use emergency dialing on your phone,” Lyashko said.

According to the minister, the operational dispatch service works without interruption and calls to “103” are received in all regions. In the event of a power outage, the control rooms continue to work thanks to the generators.

The Ministry of Health and the World Bank are discussing the supply of additional 1100 generators to medical institutions in Ukraine.
