Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine Mykhailo Fedorov said that through the efforts of power engineers and mobile operators, more than 3 thousand base communication stations had resumed work in a day.

Due to the hundreds of Russian missiles fired, many Ukrainian cities are again without light and have communication interruptions. This is a consequence of the destroyed energy infrastructure and turned off base stations.

“In just a day, thanks to the efforts of power engineers and mobile operators, 3 thousand base stations resumed work. Thus, residents of Kharkiv and Zhytomyr regions are in touch again,” Fedorov wrote.
In total, there are still difficulties with communication in 9 regions now. 38% of networks operate in Odesa region, 67% in Mykolaiv region, 69% in Khmelnytsky and Volyn regions, 77% in Chernihiv region, 78% in Kyiv region, 79% in Zakarpattia, 81% in Lviv region, and 82% in Vinnytsia region.
The Minister advises using national roaming and connecting to Wi-Fi for better communication.
