According to the KCSA, snow in the capital will begin tomorrow afternoon, intensify in the evening and last until the middle of the Saturday afternoon.
“Please don’t create congestion. After all, they also have snow removal equipment and special services cars. Take care of parking as well: do not leave cars on the roadsides of streets and roads so that road users can overcome the effects of precipitation,” the KCSA said.

According to the spokesman of the Odessa military administration Serhii Bratchuk, weather conditions are also expected to worsen in the Odesa region.
According to the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center, in the evening of November 17 and during November 18-19, precipitation is expected in the form of snow, sticking of sleet, on ice roads (I level of danger, yellow). Wind gusts up to 7-12 m/s.
Bratchuk also published recommendations for pedestrians:
– use outerwear or hats with reflective elements;
– cross the street/road only in places of pedestrian crossings and be very careful at the same time;
– move less along highways.
