The President’s Office commented on the statements of the press secretary of the Russian president Dmitry Peskov on the possibility of holding talks between the West and Putin, saying that such agreements could not be implemented .

Head of the Office of the President Andriy Yermak also commented on the relevant statement, emphasizing that peace is possible only if the Russian army is destroyed in Ukraine.
“Peace will be when we destroy the Russian army in Ukraine and reach the borders in 1991. Only then is peace possible,” Yermak wrote in Telegram.
