“Of course, Ukrainian authorities will investigate this video. Nevertheless, Ukrainian army is absolutely not interested in the execution of someone, because it has a direct order to take as many prisoners as possible. Every potentially executed Russian soldier is a Ukrainian that cannot be exchanged. There is no logic here,” Stefanyshyna said.
