The issues of liquidation of damage to residential buildings as a result of the rocket attack on Vinnytsia on July 14 were resolved by 98%. This was stated by the chairman of the Vinnytsia regional military administration Sergey Borzov .

On July 14, the Russian occupiers launched a missile strike on the center of Vinnytsia, hitting a parking lot near the Yuvileinyi House of Life, and one of the medical centers was destroyed.
