The new project “Point of Indestructibility”, announced yesterday by the President of Ukraine, provides for the deployment of mobile points throughout the country, but they will begin their work only in case of urgent need.
Details
The points will provide all basic services: electricity, mobile communication and the Internet, heat, water, first aid kits. Everything is free and around the clock.
The city administrations will deploy the points together with the State Emergency Service, but the head of state called for business to join the initiative.
Currently, it is known about 4000 “Points of indestructibility” ready to receive citizens, but in the future this number is planned to increase.

“They (“Points of indestructibility”, – ed.) ready to receive people. Now they are installed, prepared, but when there are outages, they activate their work,” the State Emergency Service explained.

The site nezlamnist.gov.ua posted a map of such items throughout the country. It is constantly updated. The vast majority of points are now mothballed and will open only if necessary, but in cities with a critical energy situation, such as in Kherson, the points are already working to the fullest.
