On November 23, as a result of enemy rocket attacks on Kyiv, a minor was killed and a 17-year-old girl was injured.

On November 23, six children aged 5 to 16 were wounded in a rocket attack on Vyshgorod, Kyiv region.
Children suffered the most in Donetsk region – 424, Kharkiv – 266, Kiev – 117, Nikolaev – 77, Zaporozhye – 76, Chernihiv – 68, Kherson – 67, Luhansk – 64, Dnipropetrovsk – 32.
As noted, these figures are not sufficient, as work is underway to identify the victims and dead in places of active hostilities, as well as in the temporarily occupied and liberated territories.
