Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba told the NHK that it is too early to negotiate with the Russian Federation, because the aggressor is trying to use them to continue the terror.

The Minister noted that Russia’s current actions make any idea of negotiations absurd, because in this way the Kremlin leader is trying to use them to continue aggression and terror. Therefore, it is too early to lead them.
He added that the Ukrainian Defense Forces will continue to liberate Ukrainian territories in order to “save people from torture, suffering and a miserable existence.”
