“Of course, now our situation is different from the moment to a full-scale invasion. People still have financial problems. For example, compared to the period until February 24, the level of employment among the respondents has significantly decreased, the number of those who have a job has fallen from 81% to 66%.
However, we can already single out positive trends.
Among the audience, the share of those who note negative changes in their employment or income has decreased.
In the latest survey, the proportion of those who noted that they had completely lost all their income or salary fell significantly; and at the same time, the share of those who answered that they received the same salary or the same income increased; and those whose incomes have even increased,” Korobkova said.
Among the main audience, the share of those who do not save on regular waste at all has increased. This figure increased from 11% to 16%. In particular, savings on clothes and shoes, personal care products, food, fuel for cars, utilities and goods for children are significantly reduced.
“What personally alarms me in the results of the survey is that among external migrants, the share of those who do not plan to return to Ukraine at all has increased significantly. If earlier there were 22% of such people, then by the end of the summer their share had increased to 40%,” Korobkova said.
In general, those who are now abroad continue to settle down there. Already 30% have got a job, in the last wave of the survey there were 16%.
