The situation as of the morning of 09:30 in 48 communities of Sumy region has been restored power supply, but another 2300 subscribers are without electricity. This was announced by the chairman of the Sumy OVA Dmitry Zhivitsky .

“Energy: the area is healed around 5.30am. 2300 subscribers without electricity due to damage to the lines as a result of shelling and wind gusts. The power supply was fully restored in 48 communities of the region (51 in total). More information – later,” Zhivitsky said.
Vodokanal and boiler houses of Sumy resume their work. Water and heat will gradually appear in all houses of the city.
Due to the unstable voltage in the network in Sumy, trolleybuses temporarily do not work.
Additional Points of Indestructibility have been opened, currently there are 149 of them in the region, but work continues on the opening of new ones.
Night and morning on the border of Sumy region were without enemy shelling.

Minister of Energy of Ukraine Herman Halushchenko said that critical infrastructure facilities had been healed throughout Ukraine.
