“The State Emergency Service of Ukraine in the Poltava region informs: Due to a long-term power outage, there is a possibility of lack of communication via emergency lines “101”, “112”, “102”, “103”, “104”, – said the mayor.

On November 23, Russia struck a series of strikes on Ukraine: residential buildings and energy facilities in Kyiv, Kyiv, Lviv, Vinnytsia and Zaporizhia regions suffered destruction. A number of regions were left without electricity, nuclear power plants were emergency disconnected from the country’s power system.
