Ukrainians were given advice on how to prepare themselves and their homes in case of a blackout. They were made public by the Center for Strategic Communications .

The Center for Strategic Communications noted that only about a week ago, the Russians fired 70 missiles at Ukraine, more than 50 of which were shot down by our air defense forces. And not to mention the treachery of the enemy, so predictions about the time and scale of repeated attacks do not subside.
“What can we do exactly in such a case? Thoroughly prepare for a new possible blackout and provide ourselves with everything we need,” noted the Center for Strategic Communications, publishing the corresponding infographic.

On November 23, the Russian army’s massive missile attack on Ukraine led to the temporary blackout of all nuclear power plants, most thermal and hydroelectric power plants. Electricity transmission facilities were also affected. There were power outages in many cities of Ukraine, including the capital.
