A new management of PJSC “Motor Sich” – the general director has been appointed, as well as a new composition of the supervisory board and its chairman .

According to the department, on November 28, by order of the Minister of Defense of Ukraine, amendments were made to the Charter of the Public Joint Stock Company “Motor Sich”, on the basis of which the company operates. In addition, the powers of members of the Supervisory Board, the Chairman and members of the Board of Directors were terminated early. Also, the powers were terminated and the President of the joint-stock company Vyacheslav Boguslaev was dismissed from his post.
By order of the Minister of Defense of Ukraine, Alexey Nikiforov was appointed general director of the enterprise.
A new supervisory board and its Chairman – Deputy Minister of Economy of Ukraine Ihor Fomenko, who has already held the first meeting, have been elected. The newly created Supervisory Board of the company also includes: Roman Konovalov, Serhiy Korzh, Yuriy Pashchenko and Yuriy Shapoval.
In addition, all changes contained in the Unified State Register are registered.
“From now on, the strategic enterprise will work 24/7 to meet the defense needs of the state. The potential of the workforce will be fully used. Motor Sich will develop and produce products in the interests of Ukraine and the Armed Forces of Ukraine,” the Ministry of Defense stressed.

The SBU detained Vyacheslav Boguslaev, an ex-president, on suspicion of treason.
The SBU noted that the detention took place within the framework of criminal proceedings for the illegal supply of military goods for Russian assault aircraft.
