At this, the State Minister of Germany noted that the pace will depend primarily on Ukraine’s readiness for reforms. According to Luhrmann, during her visit to Kyiv, she was very impressed with the progress made. It is important that Ukraine maintains this momentum of reforms. The EU has formulated seven criteria for starting negotiations.
