According to him, in order to implement the emergency recovery program, Ukraine needs $ 17 billion next year.

“We are in constant contact with our partners to raise these funds… Currently, the Government has allocated more than UAH 5 billion to the regions that have been most affected by the hostilities,” he said.
He added that these funds are aimed specifically at restoring critical infrastructure and other priority things that make it possible to return life to communities, cities and villages.
The Head of Government also informed that as of now, more than 2 thousand km of roads had been cleared in Ukraine and more than 70 crossings had been erected. Not hundreds, but thousands of objects have been restored.

The Government has allocated UAH 100 million to the Kherson Regional State Administration from the reserve fund of the state budget to eliminate the consequences of hostilities and restore critical infrastructure and social facilities in the Kherson region.
