Netflix has published an excerpt from a special edition of the show “My Next Guest Needs No Introduction” with Zelensky.
Against the background of a fragment of conversation, an air alarm siren is heard. Zelenskyy noted that this sound is an indicator that the war is not over.

“Unfortunately, I must state that this means a habit today, and many Ukrainians are used to it. Why do I say unfortunately, because I believe that war should not be a habit. Sometimes we get used to the siren and do not even pay attention and do not move to the subway, storage, basement… For me, the siren is a reminder that the war is not over,” Zelenskyy said.
The President noted that the air alarm is a reminder of the fact that Ukrainian servicemen are giving their lives for the civilian population.
“There was such euphoria at first, when Kyiv, Kyiv region was de-occupied, there was euphoria, the war ended, but it did not end. And the fact that they do not kill your neighbor, or your loved one, dear… They kill our soldiers somewhere out there, who give their lives. So this is a reminder that somewhere out there someone is giving their lives, for yours,” Zelenskyy stressed.
