The investigation was launched in criminal proceedings on the fact of violation of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
According to the investigation, on December 14, 2022, at about 06:20, the Russian Armed Forces carried out an air attack with kamikaze drones “Shahed” in the center of Kyiv. As a result, a non-residential building and a local resident’s car were damaged. There are no casualties or casualties.
During the survey of the territory of the place of fall of the unmanned aerial vehicle, its fragments were found. The investigative and operational group and employees of the State Emergency Service continue to work at the scene.
