Russian troops shelled the Kherson OVA building from the MLRS and damaged two floors. This was announced in a telegram by Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Kyrylo Tymoshenko .

“At about 11:00, rashists from multiple launch rocket systems hit the center of Kherson. Shells hit the building of the Kherson OVA – two floors were damaged,” Tymoshenko wrote.
According to preliminary data, there are no casualties.
