“We all know how important it is in our time to be able to provide customers with services on an uninterrupted basis, support the client and support the banking system of Ukraine. IBOX BANK makes every effort to support the banking system of Ukraine, during the war we increased our network by almost 100%, and at the time of the National Bank’s request to equip 35% of bank branches in each region according to the requirements of the Duty Offices, we have already decided to purchase generators and install satellite communications – 8 branches in Ukraine from 26.12.2022 will be ready to serve customers on our own resources, regardless of the obstacles that the conditions of martial law dictate to us.
Therefore, at the time of amendments to the Resolution on ensuring the continuous operation of the banking system of Ukraine during the period of martial law, we already knew in which direction to move and how to ensure it. At the end of the year, the IBOX BANK network has 71 branches, and, in accordance with the requirements of the Resolution, we are preparing 19 branches that will provide services to the bank’s customers in case of a long lack of energy supply,” Alyona Shevtsova said.
