Yesterday’s strike on Kherson was aimed at killing the maximum number of people – the Russians knew that there would be a crowd of people in the place where they would hit. This was stated in a comment to the FREEDOM TV channel by the First Deputy Chairman of the Kherson Regional Council Yuriy Sobolevsky .
Russia chose the place and time to strike Kherson on December 24 with the maximum crowd of people.
“The worst thing is that they chose the place and time to strike so that there was the maximum number of casualties. The fact that dozens of cars burned down and buildings damaged is nothing, we will all rebuild, but they chose the time and location where there were as many people as possible,” Sobolevsky said.
He clarified that residents of Kherson are trying to avoid open spaces and crowded places, with the exception of the Central Market and the Central Department Store. The Russians knew that there were always people there.
