During the past day, the enemy shelled the Kherson region 79 times. As a result of the enemy attack, two people were killed and nine others were wounded. This was reported by the head of Kherson OVA, Yaroslav Yanushevich .

Last night, 2 people were killed due to Russian shelling, 9 residents of Kherson Oblast were injured of varying degrees of severity,” he wrote in Telegram.

Yanushevich noted that the Russian army attacked Kherson 32 times. Enemy shells hit a car market, a utility company, private and apartment buildings.

On January 2, the occupying forces of the Russian Federation once again shelled the Kherson region, namely the center of Beryslav. According to preliminary information, 5 civilians were injured, three were in serious condition.
