Russian invaders may blow up the dam of the Svatovsky reservoir in the Luhansk region to slow down the advance of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. This was reported by the Center for National Resistance .

“An enemy engineering and sapper unit arrived in the temporarily occupied Svatov to explore the possibility of blowing up the dam of the local reservoir. Thus, the enemy expects to slow down the advance of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in this sector of the front,” the message says.
It is noted that at the same time the occupiers plan to accuse Ukraine of blowing up the dam.
“It should be noted that such actions are deliberate destruction of the Ukrainian infrastructure and have no expediency, because they do not change the position of forces at the front. We also draw attention to the fact that the Russians can use the explosion of the dam to deport the local population,” the Resistance Center informs.
