It is noted that visiting teams of Russian doctors in the fall conducted medical examinations of boys and girls in almost every city of the occupied Luhansk region. In some places, even teachers in schools collected money from children for the opportunity to be examined. 300 of them were sent to Moscow hospitals. Allegedly, when “serious injuries” were found, first aid was provided to them by the same health workers who acted on the road. And then the patients, with the help of special vehicles or sanitary aviation, were taken to Moscow, where they continued to undergo treatment and rehabilitation. Before the arrival of the occupiers, children and parents did not even know about their serious condition.
Those who have a really serious condition are denied hospitalization. District and city hospitals of the occupied Luhansk region receive civilian patients mainly on an outpatient basis, there is practically no possibility to hospitalize due to the large number of wounded servicemen from the Russian Federation. If there are funds, seriously ill patients are offered to be taken out. And even an ambulance refuses to leave in Bilovodsk.
“During the call, the dispatcher asks the military whether you are not and determines whether you need emergency care. There are no shoulder straps — there is no challenge,” the OVA writes, adding that even during the so-called “Christmas truce” announced by the Russians, the Russians themselves went on the attack in the areas of Stelmakhivka, Makiivka, Dibrova and Bilohorivka.
In the Kupyansk and Liman directions, the Russians shelled Stelmakhivka, Makiivka, Ploshanka and Dibrova.
