Minister of the Armed Forces of France Sebastien Lecornu said that his country hopes to deliver AMX 10-RC light combat tanks to Ukraine within two months .

In his statement, the minister also recalled the conversation with his Ukrainian colleague Oleksiy Reznikov, during which France confirmed its support for Ukraine in the fight against Russian aggression.

The ministers held a telephone conversation on January 12. Reznikov thanked Paris for the constant support of Kyiv and for the decision to provide the AMX-10 RC to the Ukrainian army.
“We noted the high efficiency of Crotale and we applaud the opportunities to strengthen the protection of the Ukrainian sky,” he said.
