President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyi held a meeting regarding the tragedy in Dnipro, where 45 people died as a result of a rocket attack on a high-rise building. The Head of State instructed to simplify and speed up the receipt of assistance to the victims as much as possible .

“I heard the reports about the house destroyed by a Russian missile in Dnipro… I instructed to simplify and speed up the receiving of aid to the victims as much as possible, so that people start rebuilding their lives as soon as possible after this tragedy,” he said.

The President added that investigative actions are currently underway to find out all the circumstances and identify all those involved in this crime by Russia against the peaceful people of Ukraine.
“We will definitely find everyone who caused this terror. Everyone involved in this and other missile strikes against Ukraine will be found and brought to justice,” Zelenskyy emphasized.

On January 14, in the city of Dnipro, as a result of an enemy rocket attack, a nine-story residential building was hit.
Debris clearance and search and rescue operations have been completed. It is known about 45 dead, including 6 children. 79 people, including 16 children, suffered injuries of varying degrees of severity. In total, about 1,700 people lived in this high-rise building. 230 apartments in the building were damaged, 72 apartments were completely destroyed.
