Salty cookies are an original dish that can be served at any time: as a snack, hot and for dessert.
Ingredients for the dough:
flour – 300 g
goose lard – 120 g
milk – 100 g
yeast – 10 g
egg white – one piece
sour cream
salt
Ingredients for the filling:
egg yolks – 3 pieces
grated cheese – 30 g
milk – 3 tablespoons
salt
Preparation:
1. Make milk, yeast and half of the flour.
2. Mix it well with the other half of the flour, goose lard, sour cream and salt.
3. Roll out the dough into a layer 0.5 cm thick.
4. Cut a glass of cake.
5. In half of the cakes, cut a hole inside with a small glass or thimble.
6. Grease the cakes with egg white and glue two so that one was whole and the other with a hole.
7. Bake on a greased or sheet or silicone mat.
8. Steam all the ingredients for the filling to a creamy mass.
9. Using a pastry bag through the holes, fill the products with stuffing and sprinkle with grated cheese on top.
