The Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center expected temperatures on the night of February 18 to range from 3 degrees Celsius to minus 3 degrees, and in the east to -8 degrees. A minus is expected in the next two days. From February 19 to 20, frosts reach 0-8 degrees in Ukraine, and up to 11 degrees frost in the Carpathians and north-eastern regions. Forecasters indicated that daytime temperatures, with the exception of the south and west of the country, range between 3 degrees and 3 degrees of frost.
