In particular, Brent crude rose by more than 1%, and West Texas Intermediate crude by more than 3%. In addition, the price of Brent crude rose by 61 cents, or 0.74%, during trading on Friday, February 15. The futures price stopped at $83.47 per barrel. At the same time, the price of US West Texas Intermediate crude rose by $1.16, or 1.49%, to $79.19 per barrel (we are talking about March contracts). Meanwhile, April West Texas Intermediate crude futures rose 87 cents to $78.46.
