Forecasters explained that temperatures in the south of the country will reach 6 degrees Celsius, and in the western regions at night it will be close to zero, and 3-8 degrees Celsius during the day. In the Kiev region, no rain is expected day or night and light frost is expected. The wind is also southerly, with a speed of about 5-10 meters per second.
