Portal Ukraine – Kiev, April 3, 2024 – Ukrainian Prime Minister Denis Shmyhal began his visit to Estonia with a meeting with Riigikogu parliamentarians led by President Lauri Husar.
“We discussed European integration and cooperation in the cyber field, because Estonia also has experience in repelling Russian cyber attacks,” Shmyhal said on Telegram.
He thanked Estonia for its willingness to help Ukraine with energy equipment.
“We talked about our urgent needs, because Russia continues its terrorism in the energy field,” Shmyhal said.
Shmyhal added: “We appreciate Estonia’s joining the Czech initiative to purchase artillery ammunition, as well as its support for the sanctions packages against the aggressor. We are cooperating closely to confiscate Russian assets for the benefit of Ukraine.”
He also thanked Estonia for its support of important decisions for Ukraine and its assistance in implementing the Ukrainian peace formula.
