If you like a combination of potato and liver flavors, try cooking tender potato cutlets according to our recipe. You can use any liver for cooking: pork, beef or chicken.
Ingredients:
potatoes – 250 g
flour – 60 g
eggs – 2 pcs.
finely chopped onion – 1 tbsp. l.
finely chopped parsley – 1 tbsp. l.
ground black pepper
liver – 100 g
oil – 250 g
salt
Preparation:
1. Peel the potatoes and grate them.

Add onion, parsley, salt, pepper, eggs, flour and chopped liver to the potatoes. Mix everything well. If the mass is charging, you can add more flour.

Put the balls of potato-liver mass on a frying pan with well-heated oil. In hot oil, they will quickly spread and take the form of cutlets.

Fry over medium heat on both sides until ruddy.

Serve with sour cream or salted or canned vegetables.
