Ukraine will be officially represented by Ukrainian Ambassador to Washington Volodymyr Yelchenko at the inauguration of US President Joseph Biden on January 20.
“According to the protocol set by the American side, all foreign countries at the inauguration of the 46th President of the United States (Joseph Biden – ed.) Will be represented at the level of ambassadors. Ukraine will be officially represented by Ambassador of Ukraine to the United States Volodymyr Yelchenko, ”the statement reads.

The President-elect of the United States will be sworn in on the balcony of the US Congress in the presence of invited guests and a crowd of thousands of Americans.
