Average prices on the Kyiv primary real estate market reached UAH 31,238 / m2.
In 2020, they increased by 13.4% or UAH 3,680.
In 20% of apartments in the higher price segment, the average price is UAH 52,827 / m2, and in 20% of apartments in the lower price segment – UAH 19,716 / m2. The index of the ratio of the price of “expensive” housing to “cheap” as a whole is 2.7.

The increase in average prices last month was observed in all administrative districts of Kyiv: from 0.1% in Darnytskyi and Dniprovskyi, to 5.1% in Podilskyi.
The most expensive housing in the Pechersk district of the city. The average price of an apartment here is 4.7 million UAH, or 53 thousand UAH / m2. The cheapest in Desnianskyi is UAH 1.4 million or UAH 23,000 / m2.
