In January 2021, changes in the registration of diplomas after graduation came into force in Ukraine. From now on, graduates will be awarded diplomas without awards. Thus, starting from this time, there will be no more “red diplomas”.
The Minister of Education and Science, Serhiy Shkaplet, signed Order 1571, which approved new forms of diplomas, among which there were no “red ones”:
junior bachelor’s degree;
bachelor;
master’s degree;
doctor of philosophy;
doctor of art;
Doctor of Science.
The Ministry of Education has approved the forms of the appendix to the diploma of the European standard and the sample of the academic certificate. New forms for diplomas of doctor of philosophy, doctor of arts and doctor of sciences were also approved. And in the diplomas of a specialist and a junior specialist in the column “degree of higher education” the educational qualification level will be indicated.
