BT Sports conducted a survey among the British world boxing champions, asking them to determine the winner of the hypothetical battle of Vitali and Wladimir Klitschko.
According to British experts, the older brother, the current mayor of Kyiv, would have won by a huge margin. Six of the seven starred boxing stars of British boxing – Joe Calzaghe, David Haye, Amir Khan, Josh Taylor, Richie Woodhall and Carl Frampton – voted for him.
“I would have chosen Vitaly. Just because he had a better chin,” said Hutton.

Khan noted the greater aggression and courage of Vitaly in the ring. And Richie Woodhall, the world champion in middle and middleweight, said that “Vitaly was more dangerous in the ring. Vladimir cared more about his safety.”
Only Hutton voted for Volodymyr: “It is difficult to say which of them would have won – the styles of the brothers are very similar. But I will still give a slight preference to Vladimir.”
The youngest of the brothers had 64 victories (54 by knockout) with 5 defeats, and Vitaly had 47 fights and lost only 2.
