New scientific research has confirmed the exceptional health benefits of breakfast. Your morning meal is truly the most important of the day.
A scientific article, published in Nutrition in December 2020, cites the results of a study that was carried out on 65,000 women over three years. The study monitored the frequency of food intake in general and breakfast in particular.

Scientists found that the study participants gained 11 pounds of excess weight between 2008 and 2011. At the same time, the rate of gaining extra pounds was lower (by 7 percent) among women who did not skip breakfast. Regular breakfast, accordingly, has been recognized as an important factor in maintaining normal body weight.
“Other scientific evidence also points to the benefits of breakfast. Eating within an hour of waking up is the best practice for maintaining energy balance in the morning. It goes without saying that for a healthy breakfast you need to choose healthy food – oatmeal, eggs, fruits and berries, avocados, chia seeds, and so on.
