Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Igor Zhovkva , who deals with foreign policy issues, told that Ukraine and Hungary will conclude a “gentlemen’s agreement”, which should reset relations between the two countries, he noted that on January 27 Hungarian Foreign Minister Peter Siyarto will arrive in our country.

We have repeatedly stated that it would be desirable for Ukraine to conclude an appropriate treaty or agreement between Ukraine and Hungary, which would resolve this set of issues. He added that this document, when it is fully ready, it may be signed at the level of the heads of state – the Prime Minister of Hungary and the President of Ukraine, when Viktor Orban arrives in Kiev. But there is no date for the visit yet.
