“Employees of the UGO have closed all the gates and do not allow him to work, ” the court said.
Tupitsky is not allowed to work due to suspension.

On December 29, 2020, President Volodymyr Zelensky signed a decree to dismiss Tupitsky from the position of a judge of the Constitutional Court for a period of two months, but Tupitsky still went to work at the Constitutional Court.
On New Year’s holidays, Tupitsky and his family were vacationing in the United Arab Emirates, which cost the head of the Constitutional Court 242 thousand hryvnias.
