The famous doctor Yevgeny Komarovsky told that the cleanliness maintained with a variety of disinfectants poses a very serious health threat, as it prevents the immune system from developing normally, and why he considers cleanliness to be a threat to human health and, in particular, to the health of children. The specialist noted: the coronavirus pandemic contributes to the fact that the human environment becomes almost sterile. In his opinion, this is the “greatest problem.”
“Now, taking into account the coronavirus, sanitizers, disinfectants, chlorine, ultraviolet irradiation are everywhere … people today live in practically sterile conditions,” said Dr. Komarovsky.
What is the threat of such a situation? The doctor explained that maintaining cleanliness through the means listed by him deprives the environment of a huge number of bacteria. However, the doctor stressed, the immune system of the human body must face billions of bacteria every day – this trains it, promotes healthy reactions.
However, cleanliness that destroys microorganisms leads to the fact that the immune system is not under pressure. As a result,”The immune system begins to rush at anything that even a little bit like bacteria or viruses, and we have monstrous outbreaks of allergic diseases, autoimmune diseases,” warned Dr. Komarovsky.
He pointed out that babies, after birth, are also placed in too clean, sterile conditions that do not allow their bodies to develop the necessary experience of interacting with bacteria. The doctor advised parents to avoid sterility in the environment where the child grows up – a little dirt will only benefit him.
