It is very easy to prepare fresh homemade milk from almonds. Although the cooking process will require a little time and effort, because the nuts must be pre-soaked until soft, and then grind them completely.
Ready-made almond milk can be added to various dishes and coffee. It turns out very tasty and unusual.
Ingredients:
almonds – 100 g
cold water – 3 glasses
Preparation:
Soak 100 g of almonds in a glass of cold water overnight. In the morning, drain the water and pour 3 cups of purified water. Interrupt in a blender at maximum speed. Then strain through cheesecloth. And the milk is ready!
Someone likes a softer taste, then for 100 g of nuts you can take 1 liter of water, but I’m a fan of rich taste.
By the way, on the 2-3rd day in the refrigerator, it becomes even more fragrant.
Regarding flavorings: I recommend trying to mix with vanilla, natural sugar, or alcohol.
Another important nuance: if you add a few seeds of bitter almonds – the aroma will be even stronger and richer.
