“There is ice on the roads in some places. The wind is mostly south, 7-12 m / s, with gusts of 15-20 m / s in the western regions,” the statement reads.
It is also reported that light rain with wet snow is expected in the Carpathians and Transcarpathia.
The temperature in the western and southern part is about 0 ° at night, 5-10 ° C in the daytime, in the rest of the territory 0-5 ° C at night, 7-12 ° C in the east, 1-6 ° C in the daytime.
“The road surface of state importance is wet in most oblasts. In Luhansk oblast it is snowy in places,” the agency said.
