6 general secondary education institutions, 2 preschool education institutions, and 7 sports infrastructure facilities have been completed in the Khmelnytsky region within the framework of the “Large Construction” program initiated by the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky.
According to the Khmelnytsky Regional State Administration, of the UAH 216.2 million envisaged and financed for 2020, UAH 204.9 million or 94.8% of the number of financed funds was disbursed as of January 1, 2021, UAH 11.3 million was returned to the State budget.
23 objects were financed at the expense of the State Fund for Rural Development. In particular, UAH 18.1 million was provided for 13 projects in educational institutions, and UAH 43.9 million for 4 projects for the development of sports infrastructure.

Within the framework of the program “Large construction” measures were implemented in the following educational institutions:
a secondary school in the village of Sataniv of Horodok district, from September 1, 2020, the educational process is carried out in a new building;
a secondary school in the village of Zaluzhzhya, Belogorsky district, construction of the school and gym was completed at the end of October 2020;
a secondary school in the village of Zakupne, Chemerovets district, the facility was completed in early November 2020;
a secondary school in the village of Zherdya of Chemerovets district, from September 1, 2020, the educational process is carried out in the renovated building;
a secondary school in the village of Korchyk of Shepetivka district, from September 1, 2020, the educational process is carried out in a new building, a new gym is opened;
a secondary school in Dunaivka, work completed;
kindergarten in the village of Davydkivtsi of Khmelnytskyi district, the work was completed on September 1, 2020;
kindergarten in the village of Maly Pravutyn of Slavutych district, from September 1, 2020, the educational process is carried out in the renovated building, the construction of the gym and dining room is completed.
The construction program also covered stadiums in the village of Chemerivka and the village of Narkevychi, a gym in the village of Tsvitokha of Slavutych district. Reconstruction of four multifunctional sports grounds for playing sports in the cities of Volochysk, Krasyliv, Polonne, and the village of Sataniv of Horodok district.
The Great Construction program started on March 1, 2020. It is expected that 4,000 kilometers of state roads will be repaired, 100 schools, 100 kindergartens, 100 stadiums will be built or reconstructed, and 100 school buses will be purchased.
Educational institutions in the Cherkasy region received 63 sets of modern educational equipment and a STEM laboratory.
