In Zaporizhzhia they plan to create a medical hub – a scientific-practical and educational complex.
A multifunctional medical complex is planned to be established at 10 Orikhivske Shosse. Zaporizhzhya Regional Clinical Hospital, Zaporizhzhya Regional Psychiatric Hospital, Zaporizhzhya Medical College, 10 departments of Zaporizhzhya State Medical University, and 8 departments of Zaporizhzhya Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education are already located there.
These institutions are cooperating successfully and in a coordinated manner. And the creation of the hub will unite and optimize the resource base of all medical institutions.
Currently, a single regional telemedicine center and a modern contact center have been established and are successfully operating on the basis of the regional clinical hospital. In addition, thermal modernization of most of the premises was carried out. There is already a vision of the need to create a common space for all medical institutions, bringing new access roads and communications to it.
